EOG Limited exists to close this gap. We are a Nigerian professional services firm focused on providing fast, reliably structured capital solutions to growth-stage businesses, helping them raise the capital they need, on terms that reflect how their businesses actually generate cash, and deploy it effectively once it arrives.

We operate at the intersection of capital, strategy, and execution, helping businesses navigate complex financial requirements, access appropriate funding, and execute strategic opportunities with greater clarity and discipline.

Our work is grounded in a practical understanding of how businesses operate. We assess each opportunity within the context of its business model, cash-flow profile, funding requirements, assets, and growth objectives, enabling us to develop and facilitate solutions that are aligned with the underlying economics of the transaction.

We do this through four services: Capital Sourcing, Capital Placement, Strategy & Advisory, and Accounting Services, supporting clients as they raise capital, place it, deploy it and report on it.

Beyond individual transactions, EOG’s work contributes to closing Nigeria’s SME financing gap, supporting business growth, employment, and economic activity within the communities our clients operate in. We apply environmental, social and governance screening to every engagement we take on, and are developing a formal framework to measure and report the social and economic impact of this work, reflecting our commitment to responsible, transparent growth.
